Collaboration among nonprofits is essential to create meaningful impact and achieve common goals. Here are ten ways that nonprofits can collaborate with one another:

Business leaders too often struggle to implement positive change in their companies and teams, meeting resistance at every level. Changing processes and systems can be much easier when the team buys into the shifts being made, and inter-generational workplace dynamics, as well as living in an increasingly polarized culture potentially make any systemic changes fraught with anxiety and even controversy. 

In my years of nonprofit and faith based leadership, I have had the opportunity to join and also build coalitions of like minded people and organizations, to move towards a shared goal and achieve positive community impacts. Building strong coalitions is key to making progress on a number of human social need and community development issues.
