Dr. Jonathan Davis serves as consultant to non-profit and civic leaders across North America. He serves as a political strategist/analyst and faith-based advocacy expert, including partnering with national and statewide campaigns in fundraising, communications, and policy advisement roles. His doctoral studies focused on helping organizations adapt to rapid 21st Century change.

Jonathan is passionate to help businesses and nonprofits navigate challenges surrounding employee retention, building positive workforce culture, and developing digital solutions that lead to growth and vitality.

More than anything, Jonathan cherishes family. He is married to his college sweetheart, Audrey Davis, who is a dedicated mother and wife, and a gifted college administrator. Jonathan and Audrey have three children. Jonathan’s hobbies include songwriting and singing, gardening, cooking, and enjoying great coffee.
